The location was a bit remote, and required relying on taxis or shuttles to reach more bustling areas.

the location proved calm. being right in front of the beach added a great deal to my relaxation. the hotel also arranged for early access to my room, since i arrived before the standard check-in time. i thought the reception service was commendable.
housekeeping services were infrequent, occurring only once during my five-night stay. i had to request water and towels, a slight inconvenience.

the hotel offers convenient proximity to various local eateries, all within a comfortable walking distance. the ap nam mao ferry terminal, providing access to phi phi island, is also nearby. this terminal is approximately a ten-minute walk from the premises.

the staff were very polite and friendly and always ensured guest satisfaction. they consistently checked to make sure every guest was okay and had everything needed. complimentary transport to ao nang beach is available hourly, and i was really impressed.

I found the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The free shuttle to Ao Nang was very convenient for exploring the town. I enjoyed the restaurant food. It was quite good with varied options.
My room was quite dark, even during the day. This affected my experience despite the other positive aspects.
