The restaurant had many choices, and I found it to be really nice. My room included a comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and efficient, doing everything as advertised.

I noticed some areas looked a little worn. I could hear EVERYTHING from neighboring rooms. Breakfast had a limited choice.

i found the room cozy and very clean. i appreciated the complimentary beach bag and umbrellas. the free water, coffee, tea, and tasty cakes added a very nice touch, showing care from the hotel. the staff's hospitality was superb, particularly with the helpful shuttle service to the city center.

The staff were consistently helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Ao Nang every two hours. I found the location convenient for accessing nearby islands by boat. The restaurant had a varied menu with tasty options.

The beach directly in front of the hotel is not ideal for swimming because of strong tides.

the resort features three good size pools including a paddling pool. the food tasted clean from the in house restaurant, and the bar was very cute. the cleaning staff helped with my balance every time they saw me, especially when getting on the bus.

the location proved calm. being right in front of the beach added a great deal to my relaxation. the hotel also arranged for early access to my room, since i arrived before the standard check-in time. i thought the reception service was commendable.

housekeeping services were infrequent, occurring only once during my five-night stay. i had to request water and towels, a slight inconvenience.

I found the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The free shuttle to Ao Nang was very convenient for exploring the town. I enjoyed the restaurant food. It was quite good with varied options.

My room was quite dark, even during the day. This affected my experience despite the other positive aspects.
